Worth picking up Godzilla Vs Biollante 4K from Japan even without subtitles since it’ll probably never get a stateside release again?

Question

If what I’ve read is true, the rights for it are a complete mess and no one truly knows who owns the rights. I’m not wanting to drop the $200+ on the current blu ray release but with the new 4K release in Japan it seems like a nice holdover to at least be able to own it in some capacity.
