William Saliba is the subject of spectacular transfer interest, according to a report.

The Arsenal centre-back is one of Mikel Arteta's biggest success stories. After several stints out on loan in his native France, Saliba has gone on to establish himself as one of the world's best defenders in the Gunners backline.

The Frenchman has been one of the biggest reasons why Arsenal have been able to run Man City close in the Premier League title race over the past two seasons and he looks destined to become a great for the north London giants.

However, perhaps Saliba's future doesn't actually lie at the Emirates. Previously linked with Real Madrid, Los Blancos have once again barged into the conversation and two more European giants are said to be keen on the 23-year-old.

Saliba in demand

At least that's according to CaughtOffside, which claims that Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern Munich are all interested in Saliba ahead of the summer transfer window. It is asserted that it would require a bid in the region of €100 million to prise him away but that Arsenal, naturally, have no intention to sell.

All three are known to be in the market for a centre-back this summer, with Bayern Munich in particular keen to make a statement signing in that position. The Bundesliga giants targeted Barcelona superstar Ronald Araujo in January.

PSG, meanwhile, are looking to bolster their defence with some of the money they will save due to Kylian Mbappe's departure and Real Madrid will need to replace club captain Nacho.

Arsenal, it is reported, are keen to open contract talks with Saliba in the summer. The Frenchman's current deal runs until 2027, but the Gunners are looking to offer him improved terms to fend off interest from other clubs.
