Nice predicted XI v Le Havre: Luxury of choice for Francesco Farioli with Mohamed-Ali Cho set to start

Francesco Farioli is blessed with the luxury of choice, a luxury that he has not always had. The Italian has almost a complete squad to choose from as OGC Nice host Le Havre AC at the Allianz Riviera on Friday night.

Only two first-team players are out: Sofiane Diop and Valentin Rosier. The former underwent surgery on a foot injury earlier in 2024 and his absence will be extended. The Moroccan posted a photo on social media earlier this week, showing the foot in a protective boot and crutches alongside it. The latter is also out. Since making the loan move from Turkey in January, Rosier has struggled to regain his fitness. He has been a passenger in the second part of the season and the purchase option included in his loan is almost certain not to be triggered.

Up-front, there are choices to make for Farioli. It is expected that he will go with the in-form Mohamed-Ali Cho over Gaëtan Laborde.

Nice likely lineup v Le Havre

Marcin Bulka; Melvin Bard, Dante, Jean-Clair Todibo, Jordan Lotomba; Khéphren Thuram, Youssouf Ndayishimiye, Morgan Sanson; Jérémie Boga, Terem Moffi, Mohamed-Ali Cho.
