Timothy "Tim" Allen Beaufort, 65, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2024.
He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, grew up in Pennsylvania until he enlisted in the Army to serve his Country for six years, and then worked in the pecan distribution business with Luckey's Pecan for 25 years. He was a Christian by faith and a member of Second Chance Church, graduated from Deer Lakes High and carried the local newspaper. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, dirt track racing and loved spending time with his family.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Frederick Beaufort and Grace Noble Beaufort and his late wife Hattie Mae Britt Beaufort; his brother, Marshall Beaufort and his sister, Donna Walls. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Dandell Cash Beaufort; his sons, David Skipper, Benji Cranford and Cary Cranford; his daughters, Patty Maxwell, Patricia Littral and April Shirey and numerous grandchildren.
His Funeral Service will be held at Second Chance Independent Church, 1152 Hillcrest Dr., Thomson, Georgia on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., being officiated by Rev. Charles Reese. Pallbearers for the service are Benji Cranford, Benjamin Cranford, Cannan Cranford, J. P. Cranford, Sam Cranford, Wayon Lewis, Jake Shirey and Luke Shirey.
