Looking for an old Ginger Rogers film from the 1930s
The other night, my mother was watching a Ginger Rogers film from the 1930s. The only line of dialogue I remember is, "If I can't have him, no one can. I hate you I hate you." There's also a scene where a character is called a "blonde hussy" and involves various female characters holding up knives. All help is welcome. Thank you.

@jasonik75 I do not think it is either of these (it’s had been a while since I last saw them) but 1930s Ginger Rogers movies with “I hate you” in the quotes -> https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&release_date=,1940-12-31"es=I%20hate%20you&role=nm0001677&sort=release_date,asc (I went to December 1940 to be sure).
