Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV! Our picks for the week of May 12th include some fun guest stars, enticing premieres, and bittersweet finales.

This week, we feature Interview with the Vampire, Bridgerton, Young Sheldon, and more!

Tracker – Sunday, May 12th

Jensen Ackles guest stars as Colter’s estranged brother, whom he is forced to team up with to track down a former army buddy gone missing. The brothers end up tangled in the world of Special Forces missions and shady, off-the-books dealings. Tracker airs Sunday, May 12th at 9/8c on CBS.

Episode Description: Colter is forced to team up with his estranged brother, Russell, who enlists his help to track down a former army buddy who’s gone missing after several weeks of paranoid behavior. Interview with the Vampire – Sunday, May 12th

After killing Lestat, Louis and Claudia think they are safe by running off to Paris. But, they soon find themselves surrounded by the influence of Lestat when they come upon the Theatre de Vampires, founded by Lestat. Interview with the Vampire premieres Sunday, May 12th at 9/8c on AMC.

Season Description: Louis and Claudia escape to Paris after killing Lestat, and are ready to embark on new relationships in the new city. But they find themselves in a world influenced by Lestat, especially when they join the Theatre de Vampires, a performing group found by Lestat.

All American – Monday, May 13th

On New Year’s Eve, Spencer and Olivia remain adamant that they want to celebrate together. While Jordan and Layla tiptoe around a serious subject. All American airs Monday, May 13th at 8/7c on The CW.

Episode Description: It’s New Year’s Eve and Spencer and Olivia are determined to ring in the new year together despite several interruptions; Jordan gets advice on how to navigate a sensitive topic with Layla; Patience is pushed to her limit.

Alert – Tuesday, May 14th

On the day of Nikki and Mike’s wedding, Wayne goes missing, which puts everything on hold. Jason and the MPU race the clock to find her and bring down Inspector Braun. Alert season finale airs Tuesday, May 14th at 9/8c on FOX.

Episode Description: When Wayne goes missing on the day of Nikki and Mike’s wedding, the joyous festivities are put on hold as Jason and the MPU race to locate her and finally bring down Inspector Braun and his connection to the car bombing murders.

The Killing Kind – Tuesday, May 14th

Focusing on where Season 1 ended, Season 2 will dive deeper into what makes John Webster tick and how Ingrid Lewis will cope. The Killing Kind premieres Tuesday, May 14th on Hulu.

Series Description: Lawyer Ingrid Lewis defends a dangerous client named John Webster against stalking allegations. But when he reappears in her life one day, Ingrid must do everything she can to escape him.

X-Men ’97 – Wednesday, May 15th

After Magneto and Professor X band their sides together to fight on opposite sides, all the X-Men must once more come together to fight off the Prime Sentinels and Bastion. X-Men ’97 season finale airs Wednesday, May 15th on Disney+.

Episode Description: The third and final installment of the “Tolerance is Extinction” season finale arc, we come to the culmination of enormous challenges to X-Men brought on by the Prime Sentinels and Bastion. 

Bridgerton – Thursday, May 16th

The Bridgerton family is back with a focus more on Colin Bridgerton and his bond with the lovable Penelope. As he helps her gain confidence toward suitable men for marriage, Colin discovers that his feelings might run deeper than he expected. Bridgerton premieres Thursday, May 16th on Netflix.

Season Description: Eager to win back her friendship, Colin offers to mentor Penelope in the ways of confidence to help her find a husband this season. But when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin must grapple with whether his feelings for Penelope are truly just friendly.

Young Sheldon – Thursday, May 16th

On the hour-long series finale, the Cooper family must deal with the aftermath of George Cooper’s untimely death. Jim Parsons and Mayim Balik return as grown-up Sheldon and Amy. Young Sheldon series finale airs Thursday, May 16th at 8/7c on CBS.

Series Description: Meet a child genius named Sheldon Cooper (already seen as an adult in The Big Bang Theory (2007)) and his family. Some unique challenges face Sheldon, who is socially impaired.

Law & Order – Thursday, May 16th

Episode Description: When a sports star is killed, Shaw and Riley suspect the shooter missed their intended target. Baxter’s daughter comes forward as a witness, but her public testimony could impact his re-election campaign with the confession of a family secret.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit – Thursday, May 16th

Episode Description: The SVU searches for a pattern assailant before his crimes escalate to murder. Fin must contend with a suspect’s aggrieved son. Carisi is pressured to close the case quickly to ease public concern.

Law & Order: Organized Crime – Thursday, May 16th

In continuation of Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Episode 12, “Goodnight,” the search for Redcoat continues, putting Joe Jr. in harm’s way. Meanwhile, Bell faces down the man who killed Sam, and tensions run high at a Stabler family dinner. Law & Order: Organized Crime season finale airs Thursday, May 16th at 10/9c on NBC.

Episode Description: When the ATF Bureau plans a raid of Redcoat’s warehouse, Trisha promises to help Stabler keep Joe Jr. safe. Bell comes face to face with the man who killed Sam. Another Stabler family dinner causes tensions to run high.

Sugar – Friday, May 17th

Sugar finds some information that changes everything he thought he knew. Sugar season finale airs Friday, May 17th on Apple TV+

Episode Description: Season finale. A shocking realisation points Sugar toward a discovery that changes everything.

The Big Cigar – Friday, May 17th

A Hollywood producer gives a Black Panther leader a place to lay low when a nationwide manhunt pursues him. They end up in Cuba to avoid the feds completely. The Big Cigar premieres Friday, May 17th on Apple TV+.

Fire Country – Friday, May 17th

Bode gets some surprising news that could change everything. Meanwhile, the wedding bells are ringing for Gabriela as she anxiously prepares for her big day. Fire Country season finale airs Friday, May 17th at 9/8c on CBS.

Blue Bloods – Friday, May 17th

On the finale to the first half of Season 14, Danny and Gormley race against time to find Vanderclip while Jamie and Eddie are forced to go undercover on the eve of their wedding anniversary. Henry and Frank find themselves at odds when the elder asks for a favor. Blue Bloods finale airs Friday, May 17th at 10/9c on CBS.
