I didn’t know Danny was battling cancer… I am so shocked to hear that he is gone. I remember Danny from the gym. He was always training and taking incredible care of himself. His dedication and commitment to fitness was very inspiring. He was just the sweetest and kindest person. He was so patient and nice. He actually taught me some exercises 10 years ago that I still use to this day. Danny was so cool and impressive. I remember he used to stack aerobic steps quite high on either side of his body and propel himself with a push-up into the air and onto the steps. It required so much strength and dexterity. He could have been an action movie hero! He could also do the full splits! I was always surprised by how such a muscular person could be so flexible and I always told friends about Danny as an aspirational example whenever they complained about feeling tight because of exercise. Aside from his prouesses at the gym, when I think of Danny, I recall his warm sweet character. He was so so nice and such a gentle soul. Just the best and kindest guy. I don’t know why G-d decided to take him so soon… maybe he needs a good, strong guy like him by his side to run things in heaven 🙏 Danny is an unforgettable person. May his memory be an eternal blessing 🙏

Dear Benni, Mrs. Tisch, Gaddy and Maya - Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family during this time of deep sorrow. I am very saddened to hear about the loss of Danny- hard to believe such a beautiful person left this world and so soon. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Danny's presence was always a bright spot, despite the distances- Danny made sure to be present for important milestones in my life, from attending my wedding to being present for my child's baptism. His commitment to our friendship over the past 25 years speaks volumes about the kind of person he was – loyal, caring, and always there when it mattered most. When in town, and for years he always took one hour to come visit me at work and we would have lunch- like we did on our work breaks in our younger years. Hard to believe I will not be able to do that again. We would not see each other often, but we always checked -in. I will miss him. I am sorry for this pain you are feeling. I am sorry he was taken away. May he rest in peace. Memory eternal - Danny. He will be in my heart forever. May he live in all of our hearts. May you have a good paradise, Danny!

Dear Benni and Rina I was so shocked to learn of Danny’s passing. I was honoured to have worked with Danny in In Gildan Activewear in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.I worked in the accounts Payable department and Danny worked in the accounts receivable department with Pardis Afshar.
