Calgary city is hugged by the Bow River, with fantastic views of the Rocky Mountain. The city is known for the annual outdoor exhibition, The Calgary Stampede, which celebrates Western culture.

In 2023, Heidi Grace joined professional photographers around the globe to make a difference for pets in need with 'Tails of the World'. This unique collaborative project celebrates dogs with an annual coffee table book and our latest volume has raised over $65,000 for animal rescue!

Heidi raised US$500 for Pawsitive Match Rescue Foundation with five pet photoshoots at the Bow River pathway. Featuring many kilometers of trail, dogs and their guardians enjoy the natural beauty of this area all year.

Luna

Luna is a sweet and tiny 17-year-old miniature poodle. Yes, 17! Her happy place is being out in nature.

Pierre

Pierre is an energetic boy who loves nothing more than to play ball with his mom - so that's what we did - in the snow! He loved it!

Cooper

Cooper is a 12-year-old Boxer who loves to eat grass, play fetch and snuggle with his parents. He's a real sweetheart of a senior. <3

Salryc

Sal is a 3-year-old Pharaoh Hound/Korean Jindo mix who was rescued from the Korean meat trade. Sal is a bit of a wayfarer - see if you can spot her elsewhere in this book! ;)

Armani

Armani is a 12-year-old Boston Terrier. The second her mom picks her up and holds her she melts into her arms and her eyes begin to close. She's a mama's girl through and through. <3

Pawsitive Match Rescue Foundation, a registered Canadian charity, is a not-for-profit animal rescue based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They are run independently and made up entirely of a dedicated group of volunteers. They work very hard to save dogs and cats in life-threatening situations and give them a second chance at life. They then focus on placing these amazing animals in the right family and creating what we call a “pawsitive match”.
