Hello everyone. This is our first full day in Nice and it was spent in Old Town. It is fabulous! Later this week we would like to see some artisan markets. We saw an antique market today but that’s not really of interest. I have googled markets but don’t seem to come up with anything. We are happy to use public transportation to any of the hill towns. Thanks for any help!
Re Côte d’Azur Markets: One thing to know is that in one area, it is not unusual to find the many of the same stalls and vendors at every one of them. So it's often not really worth it to go to many markets that are located too close from one another.

Antibes - it depends on the time of year...
- The main Marché Provençal is open 7 days a week June, July and August only. except Mondays from 1st September to 31st May.
The craft market:
- Mid-June to September, daily except Mondays from 3 p.m. to midnight. October to mid-June Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m.
- Thursday is the main market day of Antibes, it runs down both sides of Boulevard Albert Premier and Place de Gaulle.
