About 5,400 University of Iowa students graduate this weekend.

Quite a few of those student could be seen grabbing pictures in the Pentacrest in their caps and gowns ahead of commencement ceremonies and celebrations this weekend.

Most of those are either at Carver-Hawkeye arena or Hancher Auditorium.

Whether they're wrapping up a four-year degree or some postgraduate work, it's an exciting time for those Hawkeyes.

"It was a great experience honestly, and it's definitely a weird feeling to be done now after three and a half years," UI Masters Of Business Administration grad Kara Moon said.
"It's been really awesome, I'm also a student athlete so my experience has been largely shaped by the amazing support I've had from the athletics department, but I've really loved my time here," UI Bachelor Of Science And Global Health Studies grad Harper Dunne said.
"It's exciting cause I did most of my program online so I had never been to the campus until two days ago. It's gorgeous here," UI Bachelor Of Applied Science grad Sarah April Richer said.

The most popular majors for graduates are communication studies, English and creative writing, finance, marketing, psychology, and sport and recreation management.
