   I m looking to get a Macbook but I m not sure about the storage size. My view point is that I don t want to invest into Icloud storage space as these are available only online and I would like to have the photos/ videos and memories offline in the same amazing quality as they were taken. At the same time, I could be taking an external storage space and save them there, but I wonder if the quality stays the same and if the Live photos/ 4k videos keep the same file type. If I m paying that much for a device that can show this quality then I do not want to lose it while I store it. I hope you guys get my questions, maybe somebody tested this and could help me with some advice?

7. Confused between the 14 inch m3 pro, 512 gb, 18gb vs 36gb or the 16 inch m3 max 14c/30c,36 gb 1 tb ssd. My needs are 4k video editing, lightroom and photoshop. I want the max but if m3 pro is enough, I don't want to overspend. Please help me make the right decision.

11. In all honesty, the price of Apple products is what puts most people off. I honestly think it's way overpriced, but it is quality stuff. It just puts it way out of average Joe's reach, I'm afraid. Shame, they're missing out on a massive sales increase.

14. There is absolutely nothing in this assortment of largely minor enhancements that would tempt me to upgrade from my 2020 iPad Pro 2nd generation. The M4 device lacks the software to make practical, meaningful and value adding (to most people) use of its power.

I am thinking of purchasing the 15 inch MacBook air m3 but I am confused in upgradation, should I upgrade ram to 16 gb with 256 ssd or 8 gb with 512 ssd as, many where it says 512 ssd is more faster ssd with high benchmark and read, write speed . Upgrading both ssd and ram won't be in my budget . Which upgrade would provide me long term multi tasking better , efficient performance?

24. I got the base M3 macbook pro, I'm just a student and don't exactly need the power but just prefer a high refresh rate screen and the IO, 8GB RAM not really a massive problem for me either, love the laptop so far though

29. My only thing about buying a Macbook that's not made that same year is, your shortening its lifespan. They only give you a 7-year Mac OS lifespan from the year it's made.

30. My wife is a photographer (as a side gig) and needs a laptop. Choices are Apple Macbook Air M1 16gb ram and 256gb ssd or M2 8gb ram and 256gb ssd.
    Difference is around $150 between the 2.
    What would you recommend?

31. I don't really know what to choose.
    the MacBook M3 Air 16GB/512GB (€1,760) or the MacBook M3 Pro 8GB/512GB (€1,850). I would mainly use it to edit photos on Photoshop. The better screen quality and the SD card slot on the PRO model is a big advantage for me. Or am I better off with the Air M3 16GB/512GB because it has more RAM? I use a Nikon D750 and edit an average of 500 photos per year. So not a heavy user I guess? My current laptop is an Acer nitro 5 (8GB/512GB) from 2019

32. I do Web Development and I'm very much torn between either the Macbook Air M3 chip or the Macbook Pro M2 chip. Both with the bigger screen size, both 16gb ram/512gb ssd… I've been a windows user all my life so I've no idea on the performance differences between an Air M3 and a Pro M2 lol. Web development wise it's full stack, javascript/python/go.

37. I’d love a MacBook if I had a use case for one considering all my products are apple. I use my iPad M1 Pro and 13 pro max for all my needs and I don’t even need a pro iPad but got a good deal a while back on a refurb one so thought why not. If my needs change and I need a laptop I’d probably go for a refurb m2 with extra storage and ram.

38. Why nobody is talking about Document and File Management, where Windows is outshining Apple. Because for real guys, when you are a student, or an engineer or a designer (Autocad) and stuff you have to stick with Windows. Windows is not only about games and being cheap. I have used both for more than 8 years now and for multimedia consumption and making Power Point presentations Macbooks are great and for Photoshop. For real jobs Windows is way better and for working with documents and large files. Even for video editing I prefer my Acer Predator with Rtx 3060 inside compared to M1 macbook air which takes ages to render Davinchi 1080p simple stuff, so you have to give more details and 8 Gb of Ram is just trash it is sooo bad, people do not get any mac with 8Gb of Ram.

39. Hey, great video. What's the current battery king amongst Windows laptops? Looking for ultra-portability and forgeddaboudit battery life and am considering the expensive switch to a Macbook Pro simply because Windows books can't seem to get battery life right.

    Hobby : Audio

    Old : 2015 13" i5 8gb 125gb

    New : M3 pro 18gb 1tb

    Impressive machine and wholey(sp?) appropriate for job and hobby. If I need more in the (near) future I'll consider a custom spec as the upgrades are without doubt extortionate on Apples part.

    I'm deciding if this is my last mac considering where arm chips are at.
