Yikes creepy. But I'll be totally honest... I have seen really high people walking up and down my street making that exact same crying/screaming noises. One of them literally did that and then stood in the middle of the road looking like a zombie for half an hour straight. We called 911 and it took them a while to get there and the entire time he was just standing in the middle of the road without shoes (it was winter in Canada).

The video doesn't show her clearly enough to make a decisive conclusion but my mind went to that high and mentally unwell individual right away when I heard her scream. It's sad šŸ˜”.

Right, but nobody is scared of la llorona because she has some kind of magically different scream. They are scared cuz they think she's a dead woman.

I think that the sound itself can sound very supernatural. Especially if you are superstitious or believe in mythical lore like La Llorona. I don't know where this was taken in Mexico, but especially in small villages, the residents there probably haven't been too exposed to really high and mentally unwell people like we are here in the city. If I lived in a small village or town without many people around, I would also think something supernatural before thinking of that person being high and unwell.

Even thinking back to when I was a kid. Everything that is now easily explainable by mental health and addictions, looked very scary and supernatural to me. I could have sworn back then that I saw a witch or a dead person or whatever but now that I'm older and have had more exposure to reality, it's much more likely that it wasn't anything supernatural. I only ever had two or three experiences that I legitimately can't explain but I can't really trust my memories from back then to say that for sure.

Also, just to add, I didn't say this person was for sure high or unwell. Just that it appears that way to me because of the things I have seen and heard. Would need a lot more information and better video to have a better understanding of what's going on there.

All I hear is a dog howling. Sounds like a Husky.

What's the background of why they're taping before the ghost appears? Is this security camera footage? Given the video quality, someone in nun garb pacing while they pray the rosary seems just as likely as weeping ghost.

My family comes from a town in Mexico in the middle of nowhere and thereā€™s a lot of paranormal activity. I always hear stories about la llorona, witches, and duendes. The most common stories are about witches. Ā

Real or not that fkn cry gave me the chills

ā€¢

What timestamp in the video are you hearing a human cry? I watched the video before reading comments, and even going back all I heard was a dog, example: https://www.reddit.com/r/HuskyTantrums/comments/1cjrzl7/nukka/

I actually think I hear a person along with the dog at 7 seconds left.

I definitely heard dogs only until that point, but then it sounds like combo dog and person or maybe two dogs hitting a note that's close to the other?

ā€¢

Thank you. I still can't hear it, but it could potentially be out of the frequency that I can hear because of my age.

This is a weird ass video. Everything looks like it's moving. How did this get recorded? Also I'm creeped out as heck. Someone debunk this please.

If you zoom in, you can see itā€™s an overlay. Itā€™s not in the background, itā€™s over the scene. More like a 2d projection or hologram. Next time they might consider some blending.

Sounds like a dog superimposed over the video

I saw the post yesterday about la llorona- the first time Iā€™ve heard of this. Read it in pure daylight. Couldnā€™t get it out of my head all night.

Why did I watch this video? I donā€™t know-but promise it will stick with me tonight too šŸ˜…

If thatā€™s real, thatā€™s crazy!

Of course it's not some folk tale. It's just a person.

I definitely want to watch this when I am not at work haha

Definitely weird and creepy.
