Acclaimed director Francis Ford Coppola has finally unveiled the first teaser trailer of his highly-anticipated release, Megalopolis, a multi-starrer, which is being led by the versatile Adam Driver.
The scale at which the film is mounted at, looks massive and grand. The Coppola directorial will have its premiere at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival on May 17. The released promo doesn't offer any concrete storyline, and that is a good thing, which means most of the audience will be going in blind to watch the cinematic event.

There are several hints that the movie is inspired by Roman fables. Coppola has seemingly tried to take inspiration from the olden times and add its elements of invention and innovation to the present times, set in America. It has rightly been described as Coppola's most ambitious project till now.
Apart from Driver, the film stars Aubrey Plaza, Shia LaBeouf, Jon Voight, Jason Schwartzman, Laurence Fishburne, Kathryn Hunter, Grace VanderWaal and Dustin Hoffman among others.
The release date of Megalopolis is yet to be announced.
