Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a household and do not pay their bills, then after the water has been shut off, continue to not pay bills. Then, switch to another household and play.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Repo Man from Discover University arrives at the currently played household, instead of the household who has not paid bills. The notification states that the Repo Man is repossessing for the previous household, and not this one.
What do you expect to see? The Repo Man should not take possessions from households which do not owe bills/loans.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Would be helpful if you fixed this for rotational gameplay.
