Clay County, IA (KICD)– A Sioux Rapids man is facing a drug charge following a traffic stop last week.

41-year-old Jesus Ferro was stopped by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office on Highway 71 just north of the Buena Vista County line on the evening of May 9th where he was allegedly found to be driving with a suspended license and also in possesion of an illegal substance.

As a result, Ferro was charged with driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and several traffic violations.
