I Just played a Anaglyph deck that seemed pretty unremarkable at first, but after the third boss, the following three small Antes were Negative Jokers and I ended up having 12 Jokers by the end of the run.
I ended up having a +20 "Lucky cat", an "Oops! All 6s", a negative "Space Joker", a "Three of a Kind", of course a "Perkeo", and an entire deck filled with Lucky Cards thanks to the Perkeo. There was also a Canio somewhat early in the run, but I couldn't find anyway to destroy my cards, so I sold it after a few rounds of it being on x1.
I'm probably missing some cool things that this seed gave to me, but it's pretty late and I don't recall what they might have been.
I can say, from a screenshot that I sent to a friend, the Perkeo showed up on Ante 6, Round 12.
Edit: I build my deck as a Full House deck. My friend told me I should try to do more than force flush every game.
