Season 33. Millennials vs gen-x. And I’m obsessed. And i have questions. How awesome is Jeff, the host?
I love the variety of people, no matter the athleticism, body type, pretty face, it seems like a well rounded, inclusive show.
They mention Fiji, is the show always filmed there,
Do they reuse game courses?
Where do they use the restroom?
And is sunscreen provided?

Solid choice for a first season, it’s one of the best ones from more recent years.
Yes, they reuse challenges sometimes or mix up pieces from previous ones. There’s a few challenges they really like that show up in a lot of seasons. It gets to the point where on some of the very recent seasons they’ve had people who build some of the puzzles and stuff at home to practice.
The mostly go off into the woods or in the ocean to go to the bathroom.
They’ve been filming exclusively in Fiji since season 32. Prior to that they moved all over the world to different locations each season. In early seasons that’s a big part of the show and the survival aspect is more prominent. The conditions in places like Kenya (S3) were absolutely bonkers. I highly recommend watching at least some of those early seasons. The gameplay is very different than the more modern ones, but they’re excellent TV.
Yes sunscreen, bug spray, contact solution and basic first aid supplies are provided. That doesn’t stop people from getting awful sunburns and bug bites though.
