From When Pigs Fly Quest in Cambridge

Fallout 4 - Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher

The Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher can be obtained during the quest When Pigs Fly. Play through the quest and you'll have the chance to acquire the Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher along the way.

#	Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher Location
1	The quest is acquired right after exiting the Vault as a new character or when loading into a character from before the 2024 next gen update.
2	Follow the quest marker location on the map which will lead you to somewhere between Kendall Hospital and Cambridge Crater.
3	You'll find a garage with an NPC named Suggs when you arrive. Head inside and interact with the terminal marked by the quest.
4	Select the third option, "Weapons Dealer in Monsignor Plaza", after opening the terminal. This will tell you about another shop that opened and advance the quest.
5	Follow the quest marker heading east from Suggs' Garage to just south of the Monsignor Plaza marker.
6	The quest leads you to a green door right next to a body of water. There are mines leading up to the door so be careful.
7	Enter the door and prepare to fight some enemies inside. You should save at the entrance before initiating combat.
8	Defeat the enemies and continue heading up the stairs to the 3rd floor to find the gun shop.
9	The gun shop will have more enemies inside, clear the area first before doing anything else.
10	You can find the Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher placed on top of the front desk counter. There will also be a box of 40mm Frag Grenades next to it to use with the grenade launcher.

Buy From NPCs in Diamond City and Goodneighbor

Fallout 4 - 40mm Frag Grenades from Suggs

The Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher uses 40mm Frag Grenades for ammo which cannot be crafted. You can instead buy 40mm Frag Grenades from Suggs which will restock after a while. Other NPCs in Diamond City and Goodneighbor also have a chance to sell them.
