LeBron James Breaks Down Offseason Plan Ahead Of 2024 Paris Olympics
Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is preparing to compete in the 2024 Olympics, which could very well be the last global tournament the NBA veteran enters.
James and the Lakers will have ample time off after losing in the first round of the NBA playoffs to the Denver Nuggets. They'll have time to prepare for next season, but most importantly for James now, get his body right for the Olympics.
The debated greatest player of all time went into detail on what his summer will look like as he prepares for the chase for gold.

At 39 years old it's going to take a different process for James to be ready in the late summer, but he's always been known for his incredible off-court regime that leads to success.
"So I’m going to kind of switch it up a little bit, I’m not going to be going crazy with my training, whatever the case may be. I’ll probably take the month of May off, give my body an opportunity to rest and then probably around the first or second week of June, I’ll start to get back into the game a little bit," James continued
