A very fine and unusual, 18k gold and enamel key wind open face pocket watch with digital jump-hours, engraved gold and champlevé black enamel bezel, the back decorated with a finely engraved map of the southern Italy Kingdom of the Two Sicilies with black detailing, overlay translucent blue enamel.
