If Life Is Short

If life is short, then why don't we dance like no one is watching? If life is short, then why don't we sing like no one's listening? If life is so short, then why do people wait for Friday to have fun? If life is short, then why do people still make plans instead of opting for spontaneity? If life is short, then why do we wait until we're ready to do something? If life is short, then why do we wait for our friends to be available instead of just going solo? If life is short, then why don't we just eat what we want without counting the calories? If life is short, then why do people choose anger over forgiveness or bitterness? If life is short, then why do people want to prove that they are right? If life is short, then why do people choose to hate instead of love? If life is short, then why do some people choose to argue and fight? If life is short, then why don't we just choose to be kind? If life is short, then why don't we just do the things that we love? If life is short, then why do we invest our time in things that don't matter? If life is short, then why do we settle for the things that we don't deserve? If life is short, then why don't we just be honest about our feelings? If life is short, then why do we spend most of our time worrying about the things that we can't control? If life is short, then why do we worry about our future? If life is short, then why do some people find it hard to live in the moment? If life is short, then why do some people find it hard to enjoy life? If life is short, then why can't we easily make decisions in life? If life is short, then why don't we just focus on ourselves instead of minding other people's business? If life is short, then why do we let other people's behaviour affect us? If life is short, then why do we give other people the power to dictate how we should live our lives? If life is short, then why do we blame others for our current situation instead of being responsible with our decisions? If life is short, then why do we try to complicate simple things? Is life really short? Or have we just become tired of living?

Sat With Ree: Jab We'll Done

Surprisingly, I had my 2nd dose of anti-covid vaccine earlier than I was expecting. It happened last Monday, November 22. If you want to read about what happened during my first dose just click this.  I already expected a long line and a lot of people in the vaccination site, so I wasn't surprised when I got there. It was crowded. It felt like I went to school for an enrolment because there are really a lot of children there with their own chaperone.  I went there at almost two in the afternoon. The good thing is that there are designated lines for children, for those who will be having their first dose, and for second dose. There were only 3 people in the line for the second dose when I got there.  Unlike during my first dose where I didn't wait that long, this time the waiting took me three hours to get my second dose vaccine. Fortunately, there was a waiting area outside and it wasn't raining, but it was the hottest time of the day. I had my blood pressure checked before

Sat With Ree: Mula Timog Patungong Hilaga

Gaya nong blog ko about LANY na-delay din 'to ng mahabang panahon. This happened 4 years ago pa, February 8, 2017. Noong nakisama ako sa field trip nong dalawa kong pamangkin na elementary. Bale dalawa kami nong kapatid ko tapos yong mother nila, so bale tatlo kaming chaperone. Syempre sponsored by yong pagkakasama kong iyon. 😊 Di ko sure kung tama yong pagkakaalala ko sa call time pero ang tanda ko eh 2:00AM kasi alam mo naman Pinoy tayo tsaka sa Batangas pa kami manggagaling, from south going north. Since February siya so medyo may simoy Pasko pa plus sobrang aga plus aircon sa bus equals sobrang lamig. Tapos yong jacket ko pa naman eh pang porma lang at hindi nakakabawas ng lamig. Buti na lang talaga hindi ako nagkaroon ng hypothermia non. Char. 🤭 Ang kasama sa itenerary ay San Guillermo Church at Duty Free sa Pampanga, Ocean Adeventure at Zoobic Safari sa Subic.  First na pinuntahan namin is San Gullermo Church.
