Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day, a day for all of us to talk, think and learn more about digital access and inclusion.

We shared a video featuring Head of Accessibility Fred Molz, who shared more on Verizon’s efforts toward creating ways for our products and services to be accessible for all of our customers.

Fred shared all of his insights from our brand new Accessibility Technology and Innovation lab in Freehold, New Jersey.

🥇 Josh Kosakowski is #1!

Earlier this week, Senior Director of Retail Lisa Pipkin and Chief Sales Officer Kevin Zavaglia surprised the #1 sales rep in the country Josh Kosakowski from our Cranberry, Pennsylvania store.

Although Josh has only been with Verizon for a year, he’s the top-performing rep in the U.S. when it comes to biometrics, which are sales goals that are set by the Retail team.

Want to know Josh’s secret? He attributes his success to working with his team, having support from those around him and looking within himself to play off the strengths that make him who he is.

💨 Get out and get moving!

All throughout May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re sharing tips to help you relax and recharge.

Here’s today’s tip: Get moving and do it outside! Maybe a run? A jog? A fast walk? These activities are known to reduce risk of cardiovascular disease and boost mood and concentration.
