This is a dishcloth I knitted a while back from thrifted cotton. Recently I repaired it with scrap cotton from another project.

I really like this towel, nicely done. I have zero knitting ability but this makes me want to learn
It’s truly a simple task once you get the hang of it. You can learn from online videos/tutorials, and needles and yarn aren’t expensive.
This should be a middle school course
What’s the stitch?

Beautiful
I'm not at all crafty, so this may be a very dumb question. How do you knit from thrifted cotton? Did you find yarn? Is it made from old t-shirts?
In this case, I bought some cotton yarn from a thrift store. However, there’s also a method where you buy a sweater from a thrift store and unravel it, and then knit it into something else.
I would make a little bee out of it!
Why did I never think of this? I am gonna make so many dishcloths with my leftover yarn
It looks like a piece of butter 🤣
