We tried 5 Mexican restaurants in Montrose - including one highly recommended by two people, Amelia's - and by far the best Mexican restaurant was Fiesta Guadalajara. The service is rock solid and the Mexican food is legitimate. The only downside is they're light on the fajitas and have fondue rather than queso. Still, 5 stars easily.
