Hi my contract ended on my Samsung A51 I up graded to S20FE5G which they sent out with a new sim card. I didnt start using my new phone for about 6 months, and then I had trouble trying to activate the new Sim. with the activating code they sent me. Queastion ...does the new sim , stay active if you dont use it.? and how do I get it activated? any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance . Tony.

If you didn't activate the sim and it's been a few months since you originally ordered it, it will no longer be there to activate, you'll need to order a new sim/data plan .

You have 30 days to activate it before it is cancelled so you can either move the sim you had in your A51 to your new phone or you can order a new sim from here:
