Keep getting this defender smart screen blocking the video player on all fmovies movies and TV shows This hasn't happened before and I'm curious should I turn off defender or stop using the site?

Don't turn off defender.
Do you have an adblocker? Defender is most likely blocking a sus popup ad. Install the ublock origin browser extension if you don't.
Or use the site I just PM'd you. Less ads to deal with.

I have this one and ublock which is hidden jigsaw icon thing which shows more extensions.
using other content blockers alongside ublock origin makes both of them perform worse

Use Firefox with the Ublock origin browser extension, it seems like Edge is blocking the content.

What browser is that? Try using a differant browser with ublock origin extension.
It looks to be Microsoft Edge, didn't know it does that...another reason to never use it lul.
It's Edge and I'm using the ublock origin extension.
To turn it off, toggle off the switch next to “Check apps and files” and “SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge”.
Just disable SmartScreen for Edge. Can be kept on for apps/files.

You don't need to turn off the windows defender or use another site, just turn off Microsoft Defender SmartScreen on Edge settings.
But it seems that the site is actually down!
