Gail T. Simons OBITUARY

SIMONS, GAIL COHOES – Gail T. Simons, 42, of Cohoes, died Friday September 2, 2011 at the Laural Lake Health Care Facility in Lee Mass. Born in Albany, she was the beloved daughter of the late Donald and Martha Conroy Simons. Gail was a life long area resident and graduated from Cohoes High School, Class of 1987. She was employed with Progressive Insurance in Albany as a claims adjuster. Gail enjoyed cruises but truly cherished the times spent with her family and friends. She is survived by her loving siblings, Carol L. (Bruce) Simons-Couture of Ballston Spa, Anne (David) Cotrona of Jay, NY and Donald M. Simons of Cohoes, adored niece and nephew, Sierra Cotrona and Simon Couture. She was predeceased by her brother David J. Simons. A funeral service will be held in the Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ltd, 105 Vliet Blvd Cohoes Wednesday morning at 11:00 with Reverend D. Turnbull officiating. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-7 pm Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
