He is survived by : his wife Helen; his daughters, Debra Donahue (Patrick Schacht), Dawn Donahue (Joseph), Schrader and Danene Donahue (Brian Kohel); his stepchildren, Wayne Wise, Daniel Wise, Tait Wise and Seth Wise; his sisters, Patti Ruch, Janet Hulbert (Carl) and Judi Kay; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Donahue, Donald Odland, Peter Pangburn (Sharon), Robert Pangburn (Gwen) and Thomas Pangburn (Connie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ritchay Funeral Home (1950 12th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Leroy's name to Heartland Hospice.
