Aishwarya Rai Bachchan makes a second red carpet appearance in a dramatic tinsel gown. After turning heads with her Falguni Shane Peacock black and gold ensemble at the screening of Megalopolis on May 16, the global icon once again has everyone’s jaws drop to the floor when she graced the screening of Kinds of Kindness dressed in an avant-garde silhouette designed by Falguni Shane Peacock.
This second look, as opulent and sparkly as it may seem, is a one of a kind, unconventional look to sport on a red carpet. Aishwarya has been a game changer when it comes to red carpet appearances and always manages to win hearts with her effortless flair and flamboyance.
Daring and opulent, the silhouette featured larger than life bow-life accents adorned with blue tinsel detailing. The tinsel detailing was strategically placed around the mermaid-style gown which fit Aishwarya like a glove. Complementing this luminous silhouette was the embellished tinsel train. The gown also featured silver and blue sequins intricately embroidered on the tulle fabric.
Wearable Art best describes this look which stood out on the red carpet. Aishwarya was accompanied by her dear friend and actress Eva Longoria. The stunning ladies exchanged pleasantries and posed for the shutterbugs on the iconic red stairs.

According to the designer duo, the celestial and ethereal nature of moonstone resonates with the timeless elegance of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Furthermore, the inclusion of azure is a subtle homage to the unique colour of her eyes, which became the talk of the town during her rise to stardom.
“The blueish-green tint of her eyes has inspired us to incorporate azure into the gown, adding a touch of her exquisite gaze to the ensemble,” adds Falguni and Shane Peacock
The designer duo further embellished the ensemble with a plethora of sequinned tassels and fringes, elevating its glamour quotient to the hilt. The addition of a bow serves to crown the ensemble, infusing it with elegance befitting a personality as iconic as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
