ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo, RIIZE's Wonbin & NCT's Doyoung top the May boy group member Brand Reputation rankings list

ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo, RIIZE's Wonbin, and NCT's Doyoung dictated the top three spots respectively on the K-pop boy group member Brand Reputation rankings list for May. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute unveiled the individual member's brand reputation rankings list on May 18, using the big data of 730 boy group members, collected from April 18 to May 18.

Cha Eun-woo reigned the rankings list with a brand reputation score of 2,884,446 and a positivity-negativity analysis score of 92.77 percent positive reactions. Meanwhile, RIIZE's Wonbin ranked second with a brand reputation score of 1,953,300 seeing a rise of 67.09 percent in the points since last month.

His label mate NCT member Doyoung secured third place with a brand reputation index of 1,921,339 points. There was a 175.88 percent increase in Doyoung’s score since April. Moreover, Wanna One's Kim Jae-hwan scored 1,808,989 with an increase of 121.46 percent since April, taking the fourth spot on the list. BTS’ Jimin ranked fifth with a brand reputation score of 1,797,755, his score witnessed a 55.22 percent increase since last month.

ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo tops the Male group member Brand Reputation rankings list

Cha Eun-woo is known for his singing and performing skills, he has also acted in many K-dramas as the main character including My Name is Gangnam Beauty, True Beauty, Island, and many more.

The Astro member recently led the drama Wonderful World alongside Kim Nam-joo, Im Se-mi, Kim Kang-woo, and more. The thriller drama aired between March 1 and April 13, 2024, on MBC TV. Cha Eun-woo also made his solo debut with the highly anticipated album titled ENTITY on February 15, 2024.

The 27-year-old singer recently appeared on Yoo Jae-suk and Jo Se-ho's talk show You Quiz on the Block and gave some insights about his first solo album. He also opened up about losing his fellow band member Moonbin last year and how it has affected him emotionally.

Given his recent activities, the ASTRO vocalist’s high-ranking phrases included “Face genius,” “Moonbin,” and "You Quiz on the Block." On the other hand, high-ranking keywords associated with him were unveiled to be “sweet,” “reveal,” and “tear up”.

Notably, his participation index was announced to be 750,381, and the media index to be 654,976. Furthermore, the communication index was 686,902, and the community index was 792,186. As compared to the brand reputation score of 3,125,132 since April, the ASTRO member's score fell by 7.70 percent, however, he still maintained his position at No. 1.
