Shilpa Shinde Declines Bigg Boss OTT Hosting Role, Gears Up for Khatron Ke Khiladi 14
Shilpa Shinde, a popular name in the world of Indian television, has expressed her reluctance to host the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT, a show traditionally anchored by Bollywood star Salman Khan.
When asked about the possibility of stepping into the role, Shinde candidly responded, “Oh no no no, I don’t think I want to host Bigg Boss, or I can; I don’t think I have reached that sort of space or place in my life, that I can host Bigg Boss. That space belongs to Salman Khan.”
While Shilpa may be steering clear of the Bigg Boss hosting duties, she is all set to dive into a different reality show. Shinde has been confirmed as the first contestant for Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 14, which will be hosted by the dynamic Rohit Shetty. This marks a significant moment for her as she prepares to take on the thrilling and often nerve-wracking challenges that the show is famous for.
When discussing her preparations for the show, Shilpa shared, “Preparation, right now I am just trying to bulk up, eating good food. I don’t know what kind of food I am going to get, or sleep, or rest, once I start shooting for the show. I am concentrating on my diet and sleep, right now.” This focus on physical readiness underscores her commitment to performing well in the physically demanding tasks that lie ahead.
Interestingly, this is not the first time Shilpa has been approached to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi. However, this time she felt a different pull towards the challenge. “I don’t know what to say, I guess, I was destined to do this season, who knows, I might win KKK-14, that is why I am going,” she remarked, reflecting a sense of destiny and optimism.
