Calling ourselves "the World's Most Successful Club" would of course be laughable and you could easily argue we're already Scotland's most successful club but when we overtake the count that they've had going, we should be acknowledging in some way that it is beyond question

And please God don't let anyone start that keech when we do overtake that total on all fronts, that would be embarrassing and demeaning.

The best of it is we only started winning trebles after the " new Rangers " returned to the top division, imagine if Lawwell and Desmond had actually taken it seriously and backed Lennon and Ronny instead of downsizing.
It'll be funny if/when we overtake them, mostly because we can see how much it actually means to them. The first time I even knew how many league titles we had won was when I first noticed the whole "55" thing and I had to google.
I wouldn't trade having won Old Big Ears for all the domestic titles in Scotland, it put Celtic and Scottish football on the map and for the rest of the 60s and into the 70s Celtic and the Lions where always there challenging at the pinnacle of European football.
