The Federal President welcomes the President of the Republic of Finland with military honors in front of Bellevue Palace on 8 May. Alexander Stubb took office on March 1 of this year. The Federal President is looking forward to working together:

We can only tackle the major current challenges such as supporting Ukraine, combating the climate crisis or enlarging and reforming the European Union in cooperation with like-minded partners such as Finland.
