I happened to stop by this shrine as I had some time before my flight. There was a pre-written red seal. The shrine is related to Emperor Jimmu and seems to have a long history. The tower gate has been beautifully restored.
There is also an air raid shelter that was used to protect the deity, known as a refuge for the gods. It was built on a stratum that is 90,000 years old.
