Hello. ⬆ That is the message every time I come back, and as you can tell, they are not "aware of the issue," much less "working to fix it." I have been trying to install the Minecraft launcher on the Microsoft Store for two weeks now, and it still does not work.
Sorry for the essay, but it is important information, so don't summarize it😉:
I am getting "Exception from HRESULT: 0x87E00009." What do I do? I have already done all of the steps in this link and other ones like it, but nothing works for me. error code 0x87E00009 when trying to install Forza Horizon 5 - Microsoft Community and I have already tried to download the launcher from Minecraft.net, but it still does not work; it installs, but the picture is tiny, and when I click on the button, it redirects me to the Microsoft Store. When using the Minecraft installer from Minecraft.net, I have noticed that it forces updates to the Xbox app and other Xbox-related widgets (Gamebar, Identity provider, etc.), so I can infinitely update the Xbox app (it does, for whatever reason, take up storage on my computer), so maybe that has something to do with it. When trying to install it from the Xbox app, it is permanently stuck in the downloading phase. This error has never happened to me before, and this is the first time I have even received an error on an attempt to download an app from the Microsoft Store.
Any suggestions? Because I have tried everything possible that I could find online (so please do not tell me to reset the Microsoft Store app and things under that sort of category, BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY TRIED THEM........... AND THEY DON'T WORK). I am thinking about making a "fresh start," although it seems risky for my files and tedious to back everything up. Is there an official way to make a ticket? Surely, I am not the only person with this error? I paid for this app and have been playing it for at least two years. It is weird how it just all of a sudden has an error code and can't be installed from anywhere (Xbox app, Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher Installer). This error is especially odd because other computers on my network can download, install, update, and launch it without any problems. Just two computers (mine and one other).
I am not sure whether to list this as Xbox and gaming or a Windows/Microsoft Store problem.

*Update. I have successfully downloaded and installed the Minecraft Launcher in the Microsoft Store. If you are still having the same issue, don't ask me for a solution because I did not fix anything; I just decided to check to see if the issue had been resolved, and sure enough, I could install it. I am sorry if you are still experiencing the same issue, although I cannot help you. I personally just waited a month for Microsoft to do it. It finally works. Thank you to everyone who helped me, whether it worked or not.
