They are now the champions-in-waiting after yet another derby victory over Rangers.
But Brendan Rodgers won't be allowing any slacking off as his Celtic side get ready to face Kilmarnock in Ayrshire tomorrow night. They may even be crowned champions before they get to play if injury-ravaged Gers fail to pick up maximum points in their home match against Dundee this evening.
The Hoops would probably prefer to secure it on their own rather than seeing it happen while they're sitting at home before having a bit of a party when they host St Mirren at the weekend. But they will of course take it any which way and it's the work they've put in over the season that has earned it.
That work continued at Lennoxtown today as Rodgers and his coaching staff put the players through their paces. Here are some observations we've picked out from the session.
