Is Ant-Man 3 just incorrect or am i wrong?

So, at the end of Ant-Man 2, he gets stuck in the quantum thing for 5 years in the real world (because Hope and Hank get snapped by Thanos) but its 5 hours for him, so he gets 5 hours older but his daughter, is 5 years older. As we can see in 1 of the flashbacks, Janet goes quantum, at the age of like 35 or something, when she gets back in Ant-Man 2, she is like 70, 60 or something. That would mean she was in the quantum realm for 35-25 hours, because this would be 35-25 years because Hank was that age too. But she aged, Scott, didn’t. And remember this was like 30 hours and she aged 30 years, that means that Scott should’ve aged 5 years.

30 years is, if my math is correct, 262.800 hours. This does not make sense. In 30 hours, Janet problably could not do: Have a relationship, Be a rebel, start a rebellion. As confirmed by Janet, Scott could not see the quantum world because a reason.

Correct me if i’m wrong because i love Ant-Man and i wish this is incorrect.

You're way off on how it works. Time flows different in the quantum realm. Scott experience time flow different than Janet. Janet lived there and experienced that many years. She was in a different part of the quantum realm. Scott goes in very low when he does. In Ant-man 3 they extremely deep into it.

Time is not 1:1 it more time flows differently in different parts of the quantum realm. Is why they're able to use it to go back in time. As it flows forwards and backwards.

So Janet and Scott extremely lucky. Janet hit a place where time flows more or less the same as the real world. Scott was in a spot that it was only 5 hours for him.

It's not a set one year equals one hour thing. The ants that went into the Quantum Realm with them in Quantumania slipped into an area where time traveled much faster, and progressed something like a thousand years in the few days Scott and co. were there. As Scott told Cap and Nat, "time works differently in the quantum realm." That doesn't mean that it's all the same rate everywhere.
