He was on the Junior High football team and track team in high school. Ronnie graduated in June 1967 from Pompano Beach High School. Ronnie was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a skilled craftsman, and successful businessman, with his own wallpapering and painting business. He was highly regarded for the quality of his work, his reliability, and his personal integrity. In 1993, Ronnie and Nancy moved to Alaska, settling in Wasilla, a suburb of Anchorage, were he started business and quickly rekindled his success. Ronnie was a thoughtful, positive thinking person who enjoyed life. He loved bass fishing and the outdoors in Florida. In Alaska, he enjoyed fishing for trout, pike, and salmon. He also hunted, taking elk, moose, and buffalo in the cold of winters. Ronnie was a faithful husband and father, loyal brother and friend, talented craftsman, and many other good things in life. And so my brother, until we meet again, may you rest in peace, in God’s presence.
