Striking out nine, Slippery Rock’s Sal Mineo threw a no-hitter in a 3-1 baseball win over Titusville on Wednesday.

Jake Kunsman and Parker Dalcamo had multi-hit games for the Rockets (12-4), who head to Conneaut on Monday.

Softball

With an 11-0 win over Deer Lakes, Knoch capped off its regular season. Alena Tekely and Marlee Fraser both had three hits and the latter tossed a one-hitter, striking out nine.

The Knights moved to 13-6 overall on the season.

Girls Lacrosse

Mars narrowly lost to Mt. Lebanon, 11-10. No further details were provided.
