SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce will host a State of Saratoga County Virtual Breakfast at 8:45 a.m. March 24. The event will feature Todd Kusnierz of Moreau, chair of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, and Saratoga County Administrator Steve Bulger.
