BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Mount Washington Village has been evacuated due to high waters from the Jones Falls, according to Baltimore City officials.

The evacuations included the business complex that includes the Whole Foods and Starbucks off of Smith Avenue.

The Meadow Mill Complex has also reportedly been evacuated.

The Jones Falls runs through Baltimore City and into the Inner Harbor. As of noon, it had reached its banks, with plenty of rain still on the way.

Parts of Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County are under a flood warning until 5:15 p.m.
