Is Motherless.com legal?

So I was looking for some porn (step mom stuff) and found it through this website. I decided to check out the website to see if it was legit and saw some weird shit…

Am I gonna get arrested for being on this website?? I didn’t watch anything nor download anything

  1. The website itself is perfectly legal.

  2. Any legal website may unknowingly harbour illegal content.

  3. You are not going to be arrested for accidentally viewing potentially illegal content.

Like they said, the site is legal, but it's about walking on eggshells. Tbh, I was in the same boat as you, and I worry if I'm gonna be arrested too. I searched up brother sister stuff, which I will acknowledge that I'm gross. But, the thing is that I saw a thumbnail that I didn't click on yet looked suspicious. I didn't click anything and reported multiple times. Any quotes of confidence from you guys?

Are there even illegal websites?

Like if I google the TV shows "How to get away with murder" or "How to sell drugs online fast", and among the google results there are websites that actually sell drugs, or offer contract murders, or any other google search giving me any other result, I can't really be blamed for clicking it. It's not like I can gleam the legality of the content from the few lines google gives me.

Even once on the site, any open admission that this is a contract murderer site to hire real contract murderers, it could all just be a role-playing-game or ARG or something. In fact that's the most likely scenario if they are so open about it.

I feel like just like a supermarket can't sell illegal things, unless one of the employees smuggles some in and sells them under the counter, your web-provider or search engine or whatever shouldn't be able to present you illegal links.

Like how am I supposed to know wether this music download site has all the licenses and copyrights for all the music they offer?

Whst kinda stuff did you find? 👀

I saw a thumbnail of a woman jerking off a dog… I got out of there faster than the Road Runner escaping Wile E. Coyote traps

A little over a decade ago this was the norm on motherless and even worse in some cases.

You'll be fine now 😌

Yeesh. I suppose it could be worse. For all we know, there's an audience for all kinds of very specific stuff we never imagined. I feel like once people try it, they can't go back, and it's messed up.

Very likely it isn't, but guess what - they will never want you to know if it is or isn't. Be extremely careful, as many of these porn sites are left online for the soul purpose of entrapment. There can be legal porn on these kind of sites, but also illegal content too. Very often, the people (even if underage) are paid a substantial amount of money for making the porn movies, and some of the girls themselves are all in on it for the soul purpose of getting "perverted dirty old men" who just wish to jack off to them arrested and have their lives ruined. The police, the website owners, and often even the underage paid performers who claim to be older than they are get huge kicks out of this. DO NOT play into their hands, and only EVER trust legit well known porn sites, where you 100% know the material is legal.

Did you know there are sites where the owners (who can be criminals themselves) are in conjunction with the police? Not only do the police not prosecute the owners of the site, but work with them keeping logs of the IP addresses of anyone who visits the sites, and your IP address and name gets put on a "list". Your name will never be removed from this list. After a certain amount of visits to the same site, you will most likely get a knock on the door from the law, and they will be eager as anything to arrest you and press charges. That folks, is the world we live in now.

Yeah Honeypots exist but those usually feature adults that claim to be children in order to trap people searching for CP. The reason most actual underage girls are in porn isn't because they get a kick out of entrapment, it's because they're extremely desperate for money or they've been trafficked.

Yes, I know there are sadly thousands of underaged girls who have been trafficked into the porn industry against their will and that is totally disgusting and immoral. I generally realize that and it needs to be stopped asap.

However, there are a small number of very vindictive young ladies out there involved in it too around the ages of 16/17 (who almost always look 18+). They generally make solo porn videos where they are not in harm's way whatsoever as no one else is present. Men give them money, usually through direct debit online as they are performing, whilst unbeknown to them, they are falling into a trap. The police and the owners of the site know exactly what's going on, thus the websites are kept up, and there's no way of telling if the sites are truly legal or not as they don't want you to know. They want you to get busted! The girls, the site owners, and the police are all in on it together, waiting until some poor sod clicks on the video link and gets his IP traced. The more money the girls get and the more men that get arrested, the bigger kicks they get. Did you know the FBI set up their own cp site in order to catch so called predators? Yes, they actually uploaded cp to the internet which imo makes them as sick as the perverts themselves. Obviously, when the girls in question are clearly underage, then you have to question why anyone would click on the links in the first place unless they were a "you know what", BUT...

If you don't believe there's corrupt police out there and spiteful 16/17 year old girls who are up to this business just to trap men in honeypots and earn money in the process, then you are very much mistaken as it well and truly exists. Like I say, I'd never give them the satisfaction and only ever go on truly trusted porn sites everyone knows. That way, you know you are safe from the honeypot vids and the cruel vindictive people who set them all up to begin with. It may not be happening frequently, but it does go on.

You can't get arrested for watching porn even cp only if you downloaded

u/BeneficentWanderer avatar

You absolutely can be arrested for viewing child pornography. Whether you download it or view it online isn’t a determining factor.

The determining factor is your intent and your behaviour surrounding the incident - e.g. did you specifically search for something illegal, did you continue to watch the video long after realising it was illegal, did you move on to other similar videos afterwards, etc.

If wasn't by accident you can get arrested

Dogporn is obviously weird af and is among the few things I judge people for, idc call me hatefull, but is it actually illegal anywhere based on the content? I can imagine that downloading it or pirating or whatever would make it illegal but that falls in a different category of illegality.
