Rulta and others will take out all content. You are far better using that content to promote you rather than having no content online.

Depending on what country the website is hosted in, it's copyright infringement. But some countries have weak or no copyright laws or the courts in those countries can't be bothered enforcing them.

r/fightcampiracy is a good place to get information on this.
You can pay for a program that digitally fingerprints each piece of content and find out who leaked it. I don't know how well it works. Vaguely remember it being about $700.
Then there is a DMCA company listed on Xbiz that does the fingerprinting of your vids and can track it down and get it removed and tell you who is doing it, but once again I don't know how well it work or the cost.

I've been on sexy egirls and thot hub and it does suck, tho the best thing to do is either get a DMCA service like branditscan or look up your username every now and then to see if you have any leaks
OF is horrible about getting leaks down but I've contacted Fansly support to get a leak taken down, and while they couldn't contact the site itself they at least got the site taken down from the Google search engine which helps a lot!! (especially since people probably just look up "(username) leaks" on Google anyways)
the silver lining is that leaks can bring in subs that wanna see more!! I've had a few subs come from that actually cuz it doesn't feel like an in your face promotion, and some creators even "leak" their own stuff for that same reason
either way I wouldn't think about it too much, it can be really discouraging but it happens to all of us at some point :/ the best you can do is try to get it down, and if you can't get it removed then just move on and forget about it
