Alabama Crimson Tide football’s spring game, A-Day, gave fans the opportunity to see new head coach Kalen DeBoer and the team. With legendary head coach Nick Saban retired, fans aren’t quite sure what to expect for the 2024 season.
A packed house for the Crimson Tide shows that while expectations are unclear, the excitement is still there. With a new-look SEC and an expanded College Football Playoffs, DeBoer is tasked with figuring out the new landscape of college football while also navigating the responsibilities of being the head coach who immediately succeeds Saban.
The 2024 Alabama football season kicks off Saturday, Aug. 31 in Bryant-Denny Stadium as the Crimson Tide takes on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.
