They preach culture, family and values but practice what they preach. They over work you and change goals/ commission constantly. Tucsons district management is great ( only reason for the two stars) and does what he can however, he has to enforce rules from higher ups. Wireless Vision use to be a great place to work, but they're changing a lot. Commission is awful now, you use to be able to make a good commission check. But they changed the structure of it, and now you barely get paid at all. You're only rewarded if you work at a busy store.
