They preach culture and values but don't act it

They preach culture, family and values but practice what they preach. They over work you and change goals/ commission constantly. Tucsons district management is great ( only reason for the two stars) and does what he can however, he has to enforce rules from higher ups. Wireless Vision use to be a great place to work, but they're changing a lot. Commission is awful now, you use to be able to make a good commission check. But they changed the structure of it, and now you barely get paid at all. You're only rewarded if you work at a busy store. Not a bad job.

It's an okay job. Just based off being a regular worker. I wouldn't recommend to become a manager here. Overworked and unreasonable expectations. As long as you don't become a manager it isn't the worst job.

Wireless vision is probably the worst retailer I ever worked for. They treat the employees and managers like dogs and work you worse than a dog. No accountability, no respect for their staff.
