IT management is very supportive. Plenty of cross-functional experience available. Team works well together.

Overall corporate culture was weak. Executives appeared to focus on the quick grab and not quality clients. No advancement opportunity.

They treat their employees well. Bonus structure is very good. They have been very accommodating with work from home during covid. Communication has been pretty good.

Pay rate is average, possibly slightly below average. Bonus structure is very good. Medical plans are fairly expensive.
