Nothing positive about this company. HR is a joke.
Cons
Management is rude. He had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with my face. He even compared my face to being mauled by a dog. Are you serious? As well makes employee cry.

Pros
work out of your home, gas allowance for distant closing, weekly pay and get paid if you show and customer does not or cancels at the close.
Cons
you are on call 6 days a week from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. You may know the night before about a scheduled appt. but typically the office will call you with an appt. that is scheduled within the hour so you have to be ready to go at any time - you can not schedule anything personal and you usually do not know how many appts. you will have - if any - or where or when they will be until they call you. Some days you will wait for them to call and they do not and your day is wasted unless you do something that you can drop immediately and hit the road within minutes. Not exactly the ideal schedule.
