I have a bachelors and science and health science as a new graduate. Where should I start applying for jobs at? And no, I don’t have a nurses degree but I’ve been in the healthcare field for almost 14 years and I have seven years experience as dialysis technician. I’m also a preceptor and I have a background and access management.

I have so much to say but can’t in one post. I am in an OBGYN private office with some toxicity that I feel I can somewhat get by. Turnover rate is insane, every few months someone is let go and hired. I interviewed twice now for a job that my old coworker is now but my fear is switching to a more toxic environment, from what she tells me on the daily. Benefits would be better, higher pay, after training in person, it is 3 days a week remote. Also OBGYN, but a worse manager. What would you do?

Has anyone successfully landed a good and better job in the healthcare/hospital after multiple failed past work experiences and unemployment gap? If so, please share some insight, how did you motivate yourself to keep moving forward and what did you do to be employed again?
