Easy job over all- but frankly upper management is awful. Micromanaging, bullheaded, and lacking any compassion or empathy for being human. They only look at numbers, and don't stop to consider the why or the how of anything, nor talk to those actually doing the job.

Management was all replaced and new management basically picked on a few people and ran them off. Don't worry about getting in the union you won't be around for long anyway.
