Our History
Votigo, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Mike La Rotonda and Jim Risner and launched its first brand Votigo, a Social Community Site where anyone could create their own UGC Photo or Video contest. Soon after, Votigo had world-class brands and agencies calling for their own white-label version. Votigo, Inc. was named on the Inc. 500 list of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2012 (#242) and 2013 (#993). In 2016 Votigo, Inc. acquired Heyo.com. In November 2019 Votigo, Inc. partnered with Plank Ventures, Ltd to further its strategy of acquiring and growing B2B SaaS Marketing companies. In October 2020, Votigo added US Sweepstakes Co. to its expanding portfolio.In April 2022 we acquired Promotion Activators LLC.
